Note: Pre-Season Track workouts and interest meetings for new athletes are the following dates at the Langley track at 3:40pm:
Monday/Tuesday October 7th and 8th, Tuesday/Thursday October 15th and 17th, TBA the weeks of October 21 and 28.

2024-2025 Winter Track & Field

Try-outs:  Winter Indoor track try outs will be Tuesday November 12th through Thursday November 15th from 3:30pm to 5:45pm at the Langley track.  Athletes must attend all three days of tryouts to make the team.  Athletes MUST have a VHSL physical form on file with the Activities Office and MUST have registered for winter indoor track at this website to be allowed to try out.  Please get that paperwork done by Friday November 1st to make sure you are cleared for tryouts.

Practice:  We practice every school day from 3:40pm to approximately 5:45pm.  Come prepared to run with running shoes and clothes appropriate for the weather conditions.  Yes, we run in the rain...so bring extra dry clothes for after practice if it's raining.  Athletes are expected to attend all practices or may be cut from the team.  Track meets are usually Friday nights and Saturday.
