SCHEDULE

• Tryouts and Green Days
  • Green Days – 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/16, 10/21, 10/30
  • GD are not mandatory and have no effect on tryouts
  • Winter Green Days: January/February – TDB – One per week
  • Winter Weightlifting - TBD
  • Dates:  February 24-27, team decisions on 2/27*. 
  • Varsity practice on 2/28 – JV TBD
  • Whether indoor/outdoor dress appropriately
  • Expectations – be positive, work hard and be a team player
  • Come prepared, workout prior to tryouts.  Don’t come cold

• Season
  • Varsity commitment is 6 days a week – Sundays off
  • Varsity 21 games*, JV 14 games
  • Varsity will travel to Myrtle Beach during spring break – 4/13-16. 
  • JV no spring break commitments
  • V/JV Travel Ball Commitments
  • Uniforms – Varsity/JV - plain white and black pants needed. 
  • Buses and team dinners will be in effect. V/JV

The Langley Softball team will be having tryouts from 2/24-27, 2025, from 3:30-5:30 pm at the softball field. If indoor – plans are for the aux gym at the same time, so please be flexible.
On Tuesday 2/25 – pitchers & catchers will also go from 5:30 - 6:00 pm.

Each student who wishes to play must register on the new Langley website and complete all requirements. This site collects forms and player information.
